Stripe sends you straight to the intake form. Business name and URL, the agency, the price quoted, the contract length, and the proposal itself uploaded as a file or pasted in.

Report in 3 business days
The clock starts when that form is submitted. The report arrives by email as a PDF, with seven days of follow-up questions included.

PDF, Word, a slide deck, screenshots, or the email thread. Any of them works, as long as the price, the deliverables and the contract terms are in there somewhere.
