Refund Policy

This policy covers the $199 USD audit sold by SEO Proposal Audit, a service of Wuberlife LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Full refund before you submit the intake form

If you have paid but have not yet submitted the intake form, ask and we refund you in full. No reason needed. At that point we have not read anything.

2. Full refund if we miss the deadline

We deliver within 3 business days of a complete intake. An intake is complete when we have your proposal, your business URL, and your notes. If we miss that deadline, you get a full refund for the asking, and you keep the report if it arrives late.

The clock does not run while we are waiting on you. If we ask for a missing file, the 3 business days start when it arrives.

3. No refund after delivery

Once the report is in your inbox, the work is done and the fee is not refundable. The report is our professional opinion, and a verdict you did not want to hear is not a defect. If you think we misread the proposal, tell us within the 7-day follow-up window and we will correct the report at no charge.

4. If we decline the work

If we decide we cannot do a useful audit, or there is a conflict of interest, we refund you in full and tell you why.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@seoproposalaudit.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your Stripe receipt number, or the date and the amount of the payment. That is the whole process. Please email us before you file a chargeback; we would rather fix it directly.

6. How the money comes back

Refunds go through Stripe to your original payment method. We issue the refund within 10 business days of approving it. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. We refund the full $199 USD. We do not control currency conversion differences or fees your own bank charges.
