Privacy Policy

SEO Proposal Audit is a service of Wuberlife LLC, a limited liability company formed in the United States ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you buy an audit, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who else handles it.

1. What we collect

• Your email address. From the Stripe checkout and from the intake form.
• Your business website URL. From the intake form.
• The proposal you send us. Usually a PDF, sometimes a pasted email thread or a document.
• Notes you write. Anything you add to the intake form about the agency, the pitch, or your goals.
• Payment records. Amount, date, and a receipt reference. We never see or store your card number.

We do not run advertising trackers, advertising pixels, or cross-site profiling on this site.

2. Why we collect it

• To read your proposal and write your audit report.
• To email the report to you and answer follow-up questions.
• To take payment and issue refunds.
• To keep accounting and tax records, which US law requires us to keep.

We do not use your proposal to train any public model, and we do not publish it.

3. How long we keep it

• Proposal files and intake notes: deleted from our local working files 90 days after we deliver your report.
• Email records and payment records: kept for accounting and tax purposes for as long as the law requires.
• Benchmark data: we may keep anonymized figures, such as a price range or a contract term, with no client name, no agency name, and no document attached.

4. Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers. Each one handles data only to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Card details go to Stripe directly and are covered by Stripe's own privacy policy. We never see card numbers.
• Tally — the intake form. Your proposal file, business URL, and notes are stored with Tally and also in our local files.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
• Google Workspace (Gmail) — the email we send and receive.

5. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your proposal with the agency that wrote it, or with any other agency. We will disclose information only if the law requires it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to object to a particular use. You may also ask us to delete your proposal file before the 90-day mark.

Email support@seoproposalaudit.com and we will answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. We keep records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records, even after a deletion request.

7. Security

Proposal files sit in our local working files and with Tally, on access-controlled accounts. No system is perfect, so please do not send us passwords, bank details, or anything else the audit does not need.

8. Children

This is a business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described on this page.
